Ashland Conveyor Accessories

Conveyor Accessories

Ashland Conveyor Accessories allow an additional level of customization to match a system's requirements and operating environment.

Conveyor Guards

Conveyor Guards, both fixed and adjustable, help protect workers from injury by preventing them from encountering moving parts, pinch points and falling material. They are always recommended for overhead conveying systems.

Fixed guards are available in:

  • 2" angle channel
  • 2-1/2" channel
  • 3-1/2" channel.

Adjustable guards use a 2-1/2" channel.

Conveyor Stops

Ashland Conveyor Stops are available as fixed, top- or end-mounted and hand-operated. These devices help stop the movement of items on unpowered conveyor systems. Ashland Conveyor Stops can be mounted at the top or end of your conveyor.

A Hand-operated roller stop can be placed anywhere in your roller conveyor system, and can also be used to prevent items from falling off the conveyor.

Conveyor Gates

Ashland Conveyor Gates create a walkway space through a conveyor system. This is especially useful for long conveyance systems. A gas strut assist mechanism reduces the lifting force required to open the gate.

The roller or skatewheel gate conveyor and gate hinge kits are sold separately.

Kneebrace Conveyor Suports

Kneebraces provide added structural support between the conveyor and floor support.

Ashland’s Kneebraces are ideal for applications such as:

  • Incline Conveyors
  • Castered Supports
  • Freestanding Conveyors

KB16 Knee braces can be used with all gravity conveyor applications. KB25 knee braces are recommended for power conveyors and nose-over incline units. For H50 supports, use our KB16H50. These braces are sold in pairs and include all necessary hardware and brackets, but may require field drilling.

Pop-Out Rollers

For safety purposes, Ashland Pop-Out Rollers are used when placing a power conveyor adjacent to other conveyors or equipment.

The bracket and roller assembly allow the roller to "pop-out" if an object becomes entangled between it and the belt to avoid pinch points. Our pop-up or pop-out rollers are used at the end of our SB400 power belt or CDLR power conveyors.

Includes brackets and roller.
