Modes of Operation
Zero Pressure Accumulation: Each zone has a diffused photo-eye sensor and UL-listed 24V DC UniDrive brushless motor. Zones operate only when the downstream section is unoccupied, using advanced control features for smooth accumulation and efficient package flow, while reducing energy consumption and lowering maintenance costs. Optional Slug Mode operation (transportation/ZPA hybrid) increases package throughput while maintaining accumulation characteristics. Accumulation mode conveys in one direction. In reverse, the conveyor operates in Transportation mode only.
Transportation: The conveyor continuously moves packages without entering sleep mode, ensuring constant flow for high-throughput applications. Unlike Zero Pressure Accumulation, zones remain active even if downstream sections are unoccupied, prioritizing uninterrupted movement. Reverse is optional. Powered by UL-listed 24V DC UniDrive brushless motors.

Advanced Controls: ProFlex control cards support advanced programming features that allow multiple modes of operation, real-time monitoring, remote management and seamless integration with other equipment for fully customizable and optimized conveyor performance
Safety Circuit: Enables integration with other equipment and supports multiple E-stops for enhanced operator safety and system control.
Impact Cart: Features powered polyurethane-sleeved rollers, a rigid frame, ergonomic pull handles and an integrated light kit. The sleeved rollers enhance durability and performance, while the light illuminates the inside of a trailer.
Side Guards: Factory-installed skatewheel side guards protect packages without restricting product flow.

System Integration & Customization
Integration Kit:
The integration kit enables two ProFlex units to be linked together, featuring a handshake controller for easy plug-and-play installation and seamless communication between both conveyors. The kit can also be used to connect to existing customer infrastructure, including conveyors, tuggers, robotics and other material handling equipment, providing flexible and integrated operation.
Customization:
ProFlex conveyors are available in standard lengths of approximately 20’, 40’, and 60’ for 3” roller centers, and 24’, 48’, and 72’ for 5” roller centers. For additional flexibility, units can be built to custom lengths, leg heights, roller centers, and with powder-coated legs in industry-standard colors, alternative power supply inputs and advanced control configurations to meet specific operational requirements.

Rollers
ProFlex conveyors feature 16-gauge galvanized steel rollers with precision bearings for reliable, smooth operation. The 1.5" diameter rollers, offered on 24" and 30" wide models, provide maximum compaction, while the 1.9" diameter rollers on 30" and 36" models deliver superior strength and durability.
Roller Centers
ProFlex is available in 3" or 5" roller spacing, allowing selection based on conveyed package size and application.
Leg Sets
Robust welded legs have 6" swivel lock and brake casters for easy maneuverability, low maintenance and simple replacement. Standard-pattern plate mounting provides exceptional strength and stability, while allowing for alternate caster styles and sizes to suit different applications.
Fold Flat Handles
Robust fold-flat handles on every other leg set make ProFlex easy to move and safer to work around. For maximum maneuverability, install handles on every leg set (optional).
Frame Design
ProFlex uses a patent-pending design that uses 7-gauge zinc-plated side links to provide simple, efficient O-ring belt and roller changes.
