Lisa Wisniewski

Lisa Wisniewski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, executive support, and organizational management. Her career spans over three decades, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to continuous growth. 

 Currently, Lisa serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Marketing Support, a role she has held for the past 1.5 years. This position involves high-level administrative duties and marketing assistance. 

 Before her current position, Lisa was Chapter Administrator for the EPI West Michigan Chapter, also for 1.5 years. This role involved managing chapter operations, social media marketing, and member engagement. 

 Lisa spent 3.5 years as a Client Engagement Coordinator at Prometis Partners, where she focused on client relations and communication. 

 The most substantial portion of Lisa's career was spent at The Andersons, where she worked for an impressive 30 years. During her tenure there, she progressed through several roles, including: 

 

  • Customer Service & Logistics Manager 
  • Customer Service Supervisor 
  • Customer Service Team Leader 
  • Administrative Assistant 

 

This progression demonstrates her expertise in customer service, team leadership, and logistics management. 

Academically, Lisa is well-qualified. She holds a master’s degree in organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Findlay, which complements her Bachelor of Business Administration from Heidelberg University.
