Neeraj Dashputra is a seasoned financial executive with two decades of diverse experience spanning finance, strategy, and operations across various industries. Neeraj serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial operations and strategy for the organization.
Prior to his current position, Neeraj served as an Operating Partner helping middle-market private equity-owned manufacturing businesses grow and improve profitability, through performance analysis, cost improvements and cross-functional execution. Neeraj's career includes finance and operating leadership roles at Orveon Global and The Oneida Group. Prior to managing private equity owned businesses, he served in finance leadership roles at Fortune 250 companies - L Brands and GAP. He started his early career in strategy consulting at Capgemini.
Neeraj holds an Executive MBA degree with Honors from the Quantic School of Business & Technology. He also holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering & Operations Management from Purdue University. Neeraj's career trajectory demonstrates a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational knowledge. His diverse industry experience and educational background allow him to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive business growth.
