Claudia Battle is an accomplished and dynamic executive with a distinguished career in human resource management, spanning over two decades. As the Vice President of Human Resources at ProVeyance Group, Claudia plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. Her leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to organizational development, talent acquisition, and executive leadership development. 

Claudia’s career is marked by her visionary approach and strong business acumen. She excels in directing the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and benefits/compensation processes. Claudia ensures that ProVeyance Group remains competitive in the marketplace by designing and implementing comprehensive benefits and compensation packages, attracting, and retaining top talent in the industry. Her remarkable ability to build a positive corporate culture, enhance staff productivity, and drive continuous organizational development is evident in her numerous accomplishments. 

Prior to joining ProVeyance Group, Claudia held key HR leadership roles at Adrian Steel Company and EWIE Group of Companies, where she spearheaded significant HR transformations and created a robust framework for HR operations. These included, supporting the launch of more than 10 new startup businesses across the U.S. and overseeing the HR due diligence efforts, the launch of HRIS systems, the creation of strategic HR business partner roles, and the implementation of comprehensive wellness programs. Her ability to create corporate-wide training matrices, develop succession plans, and design education and tuition reimbursement programs has consistently driven business growth and enhanced employee satisfaction.  

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baker College and is an active member of the Greater Ann Arbor Society of Human Resource Management (GAASHRM) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her passion for transformational leadership, change management, and organizational restructuring has solidified her reputation as a strategic leader dedicated to promoting organizational values and driving continuous improvement.
