Telescoping Conveyor Systems
Ashland's telescoping conveyor is a durable, low-maintenance product that reduces the time and effort required to load and unload trailers by hand
What is a Telescoping Conveyor System?
Telescoping Conveyor Systems can extend or retract to reach different lengths and are typically used for loading and unloading trucks, trailers and containers. Ashland's telescoping conveyor is a durable, low-maintenance product that reduces the time and effort required to load and unload trailers by hand. This solution extends all the way from the permanent conveyor to the nose of the truck trailer, making the process of getting freight in and out faster, easier and safer.
Unlike "expanding" conveyors, the centerline distance between rollers or skatewheels remains unchanged at any extension. Also, each section is individually replaceable. The Ashland Telescoping Conveyor is available inskatewheel and roller models. Standard conveying widths are 18", 24", and 32" and extended lengths range from 20' to 60'
Benefits of Telescoping Systems:
- Reaches into trucks and trailers that are difficult to access with traditional conveyors
- Easy Loading and unloading of a variety of products, including pallets, cartons and totes
- Can be operated by a single person, which can save time and labor costs.
- Can be customized to fit the specific needs of a particular application.
The Ashland Telescoping Conveyor System is available in skatewheel and roller models to best fit your operational requirements.
